Our Story

Daily Brew started in 2014 as a single 12-seat cafe on Bedford Avenue. Our founders, Maya Chen and Diego Alvarez, both came from engineering backgrounds and applied a quality-first mindset to every step of the coffee chain.

Today our team of 24 baristas and three roasters serves about 4,000 customers a week across our three cafes. We still source every bean directly — no brokers, no commodity-grade lots, no shortcuts.
